Customer Experience (CX) is a term used in business that speaks to all the interactions and experiences your customer has with you and the business throughout the entire customer journey.

Customers are going to be willing to pay more for products and services as a result of the experience they have been given and therefore CX is a top priority to businesses in the future as companies that focus on customer experience stay relevant and keep customers happy !

Companies rely on staff to become advocates of great service, to build and maintain the customer base and becoming the difference in a memorable customer experience for customers.
